Excellent! We were given this paella pan as a Christmas present and we are delighted with it. High quality and a nice size we use it constantly.I want all of the Muurikka products now. The only thing we haven’t made is Paella, but it’s brilliant for chips, chops, fish, anything really. We tend to cook outside now, just to use the thing! Oddly, it also cleans up really easily, despite getting a hammering.
